Custom manufacturers can build almost whatever you want, but it's probably safe to say that standard catalog offerings are at an all-time high. Even somewhat obscure combinations are available off the shelf, such as this Probe piston for a 390 FE running a 428 crank. This was actually a pedestrian Mercury-only combo in the mid '60s, yielding 410 cubic inches. Probe's part number 14472 is for a 0.030 over 390, resulting in 416 cubes with a 3.98 stroke.
