2 For the ’65-’73 Mustang, Old Air Products offers its Hurricane heat/cool/defrost systems. The ’65-’66 system mounts in place of the stock heater box and uses underdash vents for cooling, while the ’67-’68 (shown here) utilizes an OE-looking in-dash vent setup and integrates with the factory dash controls, either cable or optional electric. A new electronic control option is available that is built into a reproduction factory A/C control/vents, as seen in the kit in this photo, and includes an electric water bypass valve.
