9 The rest of the bottom end parts, including the aforementioned Ross pistons and Scat I-beam rods, find their way to the Panhandle 331. Rings are Total Seal with a gapless top ring. Panhandle Performance uses a tension gauge to check oil ring tension in the block's bore to ensure it’s right for the intended application.
