2 Lykins uses torque plates to bore/hone the block, and align-hone the main bearings. The factory crank fasteners were swapped out in favor of ARP main studs, new cam bearings and freeze plugs were installed, and then the block was painted a very pretty shade of Ford Blue—not exactly indicative of the heavyweight performance it’s about to offer, but true to the marque nonetheless.
