3 The crankshaft is a forged part from Performance Crankshaft, with a stock 3.590-inch stroke. It started life as a 429 truck-engine crank that builder Adney Brown prefers for superior oiling traits over the Boss-style crankshaft. To work on this engine, it was modified and lightened, particularly on the throw sides; and it retains the stock journal sizes. No cross-drilling or other tricks were used on it. View Related Article
