The comprehensive kit includes the ultra-small, chromed Sanden SD-7 compressor with hard lines. Also part of the kit is a chrome Powermaster 100-amp, one-wire alternator. Shown at the left of the photo is the new Delphi aluminum power-steering pump. It includes the exclusive Concept One billet-aluminum pump-mounted mini reservoir. As you can see, the Concept One kit includes first-class hardware across the board. Also seen is the included Goodyear Gatorback serpentine drive belt.
Pete Waydo loves classic Mustangs. So much so that he quit his job at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California, to open Reen Machine, home of the re-engineered Mustang (get it?).

Serpentine Drive System Pulleys And Mounts
Here we see the blister-packed pulley and mounting hardware included with the kit, including a new OEM spring tensioner with billet-aluminum pulley. Also shown are the crank pulley, water pump pulley, power steering pulley, alternator fan, and alternator pulley. The complete bracket set for the air-conditioning compressor is also shown, along with the compressor nose chrome hardware, the power steering-pump mounting bracket, the alternator mounting bracket, alternator mounting spacer, and required attachment hardware.
Besides a guaranteed perfect fit and alignment, the Concept One set is going to look terrific with all of the brushed bracketry and polished component surfaces. We haven't used any pulley system on the new Boss block, and we were curious to see if there would be any installation issues using the FRPP block. As you'll see shortly in our installation, the Concept one kit was one in which everything fit and worked exactly as it was supposed to-one of those rare occasions where everything went just right, without any installation issues whatsoever.

Here's the new FRPP Boss 302 crate engine, fresh out of the box and factory equipped with everything you'd like. This customer chose the M-6007-Z302Z model with 390 hp and 360 lb-ft of torque. It's the bulletproof way to repower your classic Mustang. It carries a price of $8,790. It's equipped with the short-style water pump as used on the '94-'95 Mustang, but Concept One offers its kit for either short- or standard-nose-type pumps.

Serpentine Drive System Alternator Fan
There's some pre-assembly required for the main components. Here the alternator fan and pulley are installed onto the alternator shaft. Blue Loctite is used on the retaining nut, and the polished pulley nose is then installed. It is retained in place with a rubber o-ring and shoulder.
