To access the 10mm bolts that thread directly into the door structure, the plastic access plugs must be removed with a small flat blade screwdriver or pick tool. If your plugs are missing (they lose their grip with age and fall out when you open the door) Mustangs Unlimited has color matched replacements available. Disconnect the power lock/window wiring, as applicable, and remove the armrest. View Related Article
