A lot of Lentech’s magic is worked in the valvebody, the brain of any automatic gearbox. Through a complex series of revisions, Len Bertrand and company brainwash the valvebody into directing Third-gear power flow down a much stronger route to and through the AOD’s planetary gearset. In here, they also correct the factory’s inexcusable 1-3-OD manual-shift pattern, and through the solenoid at the lower right, provide electric Overdrive delete. View Related Article
