Moving on to more of the exterior body prep, we next assembled and test-fit the windscreen. Right off the bat, you should do yourself a favor and cut 2 inches off the ends of the windscreen side bars, as they are too long and will interfere with installation of the windscreen itself. While we are shown cutting them straight here (chrome-plated brass, which cuts easily), we ended up putting an angle on the end of the bars for a bit more mounting room.
