10 Follow the retaining nut with the new nut retainer and cotter pin. To retain the assembly, bend the cotter pin ends back around the spindle tip. We find it best to use needle nose pliers with one tip in the spindle opening and the other tip on the end of the cotter pin to bend it around. Seal the assembly with the new dust cap included.
