Corn Compatible
If your Mustang runs on corn, check out Holley Performance Products' [(270) 781-9741; www.holley.com] new E85-compatible, billet HP and Dominator fuel-system components. The use of E85 fuel is more taxing than gasoline, and the fuel-system components must also be E85 compatible. Holley says its HP and Dominator fuel pumps passed the 1,000-hour, heated E85 testing cycle to ensure durability. The corresponding HP and Dominator fuel-pressure regulators use a diaphragm material compatible with pump gas, diesel, alcohol, and of course, E85. Plus, Holley's HP and Dominator filters utilize E85-compatible Viton O-rings.

Fab 5.0
Dare we say that besides a smoothed engine compartment, nothing dresses up the underhood area like a nice pair of valve covers. Latemodel Restoration [(866) 507-3786; www.latemodelrestoration.com] has these SVE fabricated aluminum valve covers for '79-'93 5.0 and 5.8 pushrod engines. Latemodel says these valve covers are tall enough to clear most roller rocker designs, adding a race-inspired look at the same time. The valve covers include a billet-aluminum filler tube, and oil cap, as well as new hardware.

Cross Tubing
By this time in the game, many Fox and SN-95 Mustangs have been beat to within an inch of their lives. To help regain that youthful vigor, check out Stiffler's [(317) 837-2444; www.buystifflers.com] single-tube transmission crossmember for '79-'98 Mustangs. This crossmember features mounting sleeves to make it easy to make it fit your Mustang's perhaps shaky undercarriage. This crossmember works with OEM and aftermarket transmission mounts, and automatic and manual transmissions. For a more racy setup, Stifflers offers optional solid bushings in place of the standardand street-friendlypolyurethane bushings.

Light Is Right
In racing, it's all about weight. ATI Performance Products [(800) 298-4343; www.atiracing.com] knows this, and has released titanium bolt kits for its dampers, transmissions, and valvebodies. These bolts replace heavier steel bolts and are available in kits for the Powerglide transmissions, aluminum valvebodies, and dampers. ATI's aluminum valvebody is already 7 pounds lighter than stock, so these titanium bolts will allow racers to put weight where they need it most.

Hyper Shift
The '11-'13 Mustang GT's shifter isn't exactly known for its precise operation. Energy Suspension [(949) 361-3935; www.energysuspension.com] says its new shifter bushing will help you hit the gears with more precise shifting action. This shifter bushing is also designed to prevent damage to transmission components thanks to its Hyper-Flex performance polyurethane construction. Best of all, this bushing is resistant to under-vehicle fluids such as oil, coolant, road contaminants, and the like.

Race Ready
We've attended enough open-track events to know Shelby GT500 owners like to flog their cars. To make sure your Shelby's engine maintains proper oiling, check out Shelby Performance Parts' [(702) 405-3500; www.shelbyperformanceparts.com] aluminum, 7-quart, baffled oil pan. While attacking corners under aggressive braking can cause oil starvation, this racing oil pan prevents it with trap doors that close during hard cornering and braking to keep the oil pickup tube completely submerged in oil at all times. This pan will fit '07-'12 Shelby GT500s with the 5.4 engine.

Drive Time
Since the Fox days, we've paid special attention to accessory drive pulleys, particularly the underdrive variety. With Eddie Motorsports' [(888) 813-1293; www.eddiemotorsports.com] new S.drive serpentine pulley systems for small-block Fords, you get a lot more than just pulleys. One part number gets you a complete kit to easily accessorize the front of your Mustang's engine with pulleys and mounting brackets made from 6061-T6 aluminum. These systems are available with or without power steering and air conditioning. The S.drive features a one-piece, billet-aluminum timing cover incorporating all the required accessory mounting bosses. An Edelbrock water pump, Powermaster alternator, Gates tensioner, and a six-rib serpentine belt are also part of the package.

Tie It Down
If you need new tie-down straps for your Mustang, check out Macs [(800) 666-1586; www.macstiedowns.com] Ultra Pack. This is Macs best-selling tie-down package, boasting a 10,000-pound capacity rating. The Ultra Pack is available in black, blue, red, and yellow, and features separate axle- and ratchet-straps. The hardware on the axle strap is shaped to allow for tight- clearance applications, such as our Mustangs, with a sleeve that covers the entire length of the strap.

Full Flow
As Mustang enthusiasts, we are in love with fuel pumps. We can talk about fuel pumps for a while. To make for more talking, AEM [(310) 484-2322; www.aemelectronics.com] has this new High Flow in-tank fuel pump for naturally aspirated and power-adder Mustangs. This new pump flows 320 lph at 43 psi, and is capable of supporting 1,000 horsepower. Its designed for in-tank mounting for use with gasoline applications. It has an offset-inlet design to ease installation, and includes the wiring harness, prefilter, internal fuel hose, clamps, end cap, and rubber buffer sleeve.

Two Cool
Engine heat is the enemy of performance. To keep your Mustangs engine cool, check out Griffins aluminum drag race radiator and fan from Summit Racing [(800) 230-3030; www.summitracing.com]. With this radiator/fan combination, you can kill two birds with one stone. First off, the radiator is aluminum, which is light, so youre most likely losing weight over your Mustangs front end. Second, the aluminum helps dissipate heat as well, which aids in cooling. The included 12-inch fan helps reduce drag over other electric fan designs, and is rated at 1,630 cfm.

Backside Brace
Most of the time when we talk about a shock-tower brace, we think of a strut-tower brace to stabilize your Mustangs front end. However, Kenny Brown Performance [(855) 847-4477; www.kennybrown.com] is here to bolster your Stangs back side with a rear shock-tower brace. Designed for 94-04 Mustangs, this brace reinforces the shock mounting points and the mid-section of the car over the rear axle. The three-point design ties both shock towers together, and mounts to the mid-pan just in front of the spare tire. Kenny Brown Performance says by triangulating everything, you create a much more rigid structure that improves ride quality and handling, while also adding the reinforcement needed for coilover or racing shocks.

Brake Barrier
Dirty wheels ruin the look of any Mustang, but if you have upgraded brakes, your biggest gripe is likely brake dust. Meguiars [(800) 347-5700; www.meguiars.com] new Hot Rims Brake Dust Barrier is designed to cling to wheels to keep brake dust at bay, which in turn will keep your wheels cleaner longer. This product reportedly creates a barrier between the rims surface and debris. Plus, it will enable easier removal of dirt and grime with a quick rinse, making it faster to clean the wheels after initial application. Meguiars says we can protect our Mustangs wheels by simply spraying a light coating on our painted, polished-aluminum, or chrome wheels before hitting the road.
