Spiffy Split-Spokes

If you're looking for some new wheels for your late-model Mustang you can stop now. Latemodel Restoration has the answer with SVE's Series 2 split five-spoke aluminum wheels. Sized in 18- and 19-inch fitments for '94-'04 and '05-'14 Mustang applications, you can purchase individually, in wheel sets (staggered 9-inch front/10-inch rear), or complete with mounted and balanced performance tire sets. The Series 2 is finished in chrome, black, or gunmetal centers (black and gunmetal feature polished wheel lips) and are available now. Info: (866) 507-3786, www.latemodelrestoration.com.

Four-Eye Fox Gauge Panels

Early Fox enthusiasts can now retrofit their Mustang's dashes with a full complement of gauges using Classic Dash's new gauge panel. Available in matte black (shown), brushed aluminum, or carbon-fiber look finishes, the gauge panel fits '79-'86 Mustangs and can be ordered without gauges or with most any Auto Meter or Thunder Road gauge package. The panels are a direct replacement for the stock panel and accept all stock air vents, heat andA/C controls, and so forth for an easy afternoon upgrade. Info: (775) 883-7904; www.classicdash.com.

Big-Block Bell

Utilizing an automatic overdrive transmission in your vintage Mustang means fuel efficiency, lower cruising rpm, and less road noise. Unfortunately it hasn't always been easy to mate Ford's modern electronic overdrive automatics to a 429-460 big-block engine. Now you can with Performance Automatic's new Pro Fit SFI bellhousing. Designed to mount Ford's AODE/4R70W transmission to Ford's 385-series engine family, the bellhousing (PN PA45500) is built from high-grade lightweight steel and accommodates the stock flexplate and starter, and includes the block plate and all mounting hardware. Big-Boy Squirters

When you're making big power with Ford's modular engines, like the GT 500's 5.8L DOHC or the '11- and-up Coyote by way of major boost, such as twin turbos and superchargers with larger displacements than most four-cylinder econo-boxes on the road, you need fuel, and a lot of it. The stock injectors can't supply what a heavily boosted engine needs, and that's when you need to call DeatschWerks and order a set of their Bosch EV14 injectors from their DV2 line. Featuring 1,200 cc of fuel flow, are flow matched, and can handle race fuel and E-85 as well. Info: (800) 419-6023; www.deatschwerks.com.

Stylish Steering

Wrap your hands around one of these great new steering wheels offered by Virginia Classic Mustang and reward yourself. These new wheels feature polished or stainless spokes, hub, and Mustang logo horn button. The horn button is secured by an O-ring to prevent the cap from popping off during use; common with other aftermarket steering wheels. You can even purchase just the horn button for use with your aftermarket wheel to prevent this issue from happening! Available for '64½-'78 Mustangs, the steering wheels are available in three different styles: “Old School” GT Classic Black Foam Grip with polished chrome spokes, Genuine Wood GT Classic (with clearcoat for durability and great looks) with polished chrome spokes, and Genuine Wood GT Retro (with clearcoat for durability and great looks) with stainless steel spokes and rivets.
