Ultra HP Now For E85

Racers every day are finding E85 as a cheap alternative to race gas, and now Holley has raised the bar on E85 race carburetors. Holley's popular 4150 Ultra HPs are now available with components and calibrations making them ready for ethanol. They're available in 600, 650, 750, 850 and 950 cfm and all come in the exclusive Hard Core Gray hard-anodized finish. They have E85 specific metering blocks, high flow power valve, 0.130-inch stainless needle and seats, 50cc secondary accelerator pumps, and secondary jet extensions installed.

All previous Ultra HP features are also standard such as all aluminum construction for 38-percent weight savings; large capacity fuel bowls, adjustable billet metering blocks, billet base plates, integrated idle bypass valve, and more.

Lightweight Oil Pumps For Big-Blocks

Big-block Ford oil pump failure is an all too common occurrence, as the casting develops a fracture at the section change around its mountings, which rapidly propagates like a sound wave and the oil pump falls into the oil pan without warning. Though the stock oil pump behaves reliably within its stock environment, for engines that are tuned or modified, Jon Kaase Racing Engines (JKRE) now offers a robust, upgraded, cast iron oil pump.

JKRE now offers a new, vastly lighter aluminum version to supersede its earlier iron units. Available for front sump or rear sump applications, these new Kaase pumps retain their sturdy, long section mountings and use the same impeller mechanism employed on their championship-winning Kaase 820 CID Pro Stock engines. Equipped with dual oil feeds to the rotor to improve idle and high-rpm oil pressure, they are supplied with the necessary gaskets and the highest grade ARP mounting studs and 12-point nuts. New Mustang II Disc Brake Kits

Classic Performance Product Inc.'s new brake system is designed to work with stock or drop Mustang II spindles and is available in 5x4.5 and 5x4.75 bolt patterns (passenger car) as well as 5x5, and 6x5.5 and 5x5.5 (Ford truck). This new kit uses 11.7-inch rotors (upgraded slotted cross drilled rotors are also available), mounted to a forged CNC machined anodized hubs, and CPP's new big bore metric caliper.
