Technology has certainly come a long way over the past few years. Now that almost everyone has a smartphone, accessibility to just about everything is just a click away from wherever you are.

With that in mind, Daytona International Speedway has just launched a new way of purchasing tickets, making it much easier for NASCAR fans to gain access to events through their smartphones. Thanks to a partnership with Moovweb, mobile ticket purchasing has not only made its way to Daytona, but is coming to 12 other International Speedway facility races as well.

“This new mobile ticketing site makes it easier for fans to purchase admission to their favorite races at Daytona International Speedway,” said track president Joie Chitwood III in a statement announcing the service. “As technology evolves, it’s important for us to continuously improve our mobile offerings to enhance the fan experience, be it during a race weekend at Daytona International Speedway or leading up to one of our great events.”

The next event held at Daytona International Speedway features the stars of NASCAR for the Coke Zero 400 powered by Coca-Cola Sprint Cup Series race and the Subway Firecracker 250 powered by Coca-Cola NASCAR Nationwide Series race, all going down July 5-6.

To access the new mobile ticketing experience, fans should visit

and select the “Tickets” link next to the event to purchase tickets for the upcoming Daytona races.
