No doubt you’ve seen schools that have a “Mustang” for a mascot for their sports teams. We’ve been involved in several schools over the years that have had a Mustang-themed mascot and/or sports program, providing classic Mustangs for homecoming games and parades, etc. However, this is the first time we’ve ever seen a high school (whose team name is the Bruins) actually put together a photo page in its yearbook of academic staff that own a Mustang!

A tip of the hat must go to Dave Bishop from the Mustang Club of West Central Florida, who worked for many years at Bayshore High School in Bradenton, Florida. It was Dave who, while flipping through the 2016 yearbook, came across the “Mustang Mania” page about teachers with a need for speed and thought our readers would get a kick out of it. We know we certainly did! Save for one New Edge V-6, the rest of the Mustangs are all S197 models and at least GT models (one a GT/CS and another Shelby GT!).

Does your school have a Mustang theme or perhaps you have a teacher or guidance counselor, etc. with a really nice Mustang. If so, snap a photo (with their permission of course) and share them with us in the comments below or on our social media pages.
