As the whole industry is spending their last day in the office getting ready for the 2016 SEMA show next week, we opened our inbox today to see the news that our friends at Holley Performance Products are going to unveil a classic Mustang build of their own at their SEMA booth! This was kept under wraps and we had no previous knowledge of it, so we’ll be heading to Holley’s booth first thing Tuesday morning, November 1st to get actual photos and details of the fastback to share right here on Mustang-360.

For now, all we know is that this super-secret build they’re unveiling is based off of a 1966 Mustang fastback and they’re calling it “Project Corner Horse”. So we’re going to assume this thing can handle and brake with the best of them. Hardware-wise the only tease we’ve been given is that the pro-touring themed Mustang is powered by the modern 5.0L DOHC Coyote modular engine found in the 2011 and up Mustangs. More to come next week for sure, and who knows, maybe we can talk our friends at Holley into letting us thrash on it a little bit when the fastback makes its way back to Holley’s Bowling Green, KY home!
