Every month the folks at Year One hold its monthly car show at its corporate offices in Georgia. The event, called the Braselton Bash, is held to support The Hot Rodders Children’s Charity, a 501c(3) non-profit started by Year One, to support various organizations such as the Progeria Research Foundation, the Darrell Gwynn Foundation, the Carroll Shelby Foundation, the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, and many more. Each month’s event proceeds go to helping these organizations help those in need.

Each year the September Braselton Bash becomes a bit more special with a visit from everyone’s favorite automotive designer and television star, Chip Foose. The Chip Foose Edition Braselton Bash will feature a Charity Poker Tournament on Friday, September 16th, 2016 (more details to follow) with the main show on Saturday, September 17th, 2016. Always the highlight of the Braselton Bash monthly event season, the Foose edition show should be on your “don’t miss” event list for 2016! Activities for the Chip Foose Edition Braselton Bash include the Chip Foose Select car show, Participant Vote car show, a silent auction, Chip Foose autograph session (as time permits), a kids activity area, and Year One’s famous burnout exhibition.

The Chip Foose Select group is limited to the first 100 vehicle entries at a cost of $100 per vehicle and will have a special parking area at the show. A photo will be taken with the entrant’s vehicle and Chip Foose and Chip will be choosing one vehicle from the group as the Chip Foose Select Award Winner. The winner will have their vehicle sketched by Chip Foose and an invitation to attend dinner (plus one) with Chip and Kevin King (President of Year One) on Sunday night, September 18th, 2016. Purchase your spot now by phone (800) 932-7663 or at the Year One parts counter up until Friday, September 9th, 2016. On the day of the show Year One will be selling any remaining spots at the gate until they run out (max 100).

The Participant Vote car show is only $25 for entry (available day of show). The Best of Show winner is decided by participant vote and will also receive an invitation to attend a dinner with Chip Foose and Kevin King on Sunday night September 18th, 2016. The 2nd through 5th winners of the top 10 will be awarded a $25 Year One gift certificate.

Mustang-360 will be on site all weekend to cover the event and report live, so we’d love to see a ton of Mustangs and Fords coming out to support this great event and overtake all of the GM and Mopar iron that traditionally shows up! October in central Georgia is a great time of year, so bring the whole family! If for some reason you can’t attend but would still like to support The Hot Rodders Children’s Charity, you can do so with donation through Year One’s website at www.yearone.com/Catalog/automobilia/christmas-gift-items/charity-donations.
