Shelby Gt500 Mustang Dodge Ram Crash

It’s like a virus, all the videos that have popped up online of car owners leaving car shows trying to impress everyone with a big smoky burnout, only to hang their heads in shame after losing control and crashing into curbs, solid objects, or (worse) other vehicles. This one is no different. We knew by the choice of wheels that this video probably wasn’t going to turn out well for the driver, and it didn’t. The un-named moron behind the wheel of this GT500 started his burnout well but didn’t quite know how to get out of it when he hit second gear, the boost came up, and the car went into its second fishtail. You can hear him still fully in the throttle as the passenger’s side of his shiny red Mustang meets the tailgate of the Dodge Ram parked on the curb. Then it rebounded into a New Edge GT and wrinkled that one up too.

The GT500 bore the brunt of the damage, with what looks like a salvage pink slip in its future, while the Dodge went away on a flatbed—the other Mustang looks drivable. None of either vehicle’s airbags deployed but the description says that the GT500 driver was injured and transported to the hospital. We’re sure whatever injuries he has pale in comparison to the embarrassment he suffered and the ticket that was handed him by the police on the scene.

It just goes to show once again that just because you can afford a high-horsepower car like the GT500 doesn’t mean you know how to drive it.
