Need for Speed Movie Mustang to Cross Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach!
Custom Mustang to be Auctioned For the Henry Ford Health System
This weekend the famous Need for Speed movie Mustang will cross the auction block at Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach for charity. That charity, the Henry Ford Health System, a not-for-profit group founded by Henry Ford himself to help improve the health and well-being of his community. Scheduled to cross the stage on Saturday, April 12th at approximately 4 P.M., the custom silver paint and Kona blue striped Mustang will no doubt be a stunner under those magical lights of the Barrett-Jackson auction floor.
By now Mustang fans worldwide have seen the hot action film Need for Speed, based on Electronic Arts' long running video game franchise. While some would argue that Aaron Paul is the star of the film, Mustang fanatics would beg to differ. No, in our minds the real star is the custom 2014 wide body Mustang that Ford custom built for the movie. Based off of a production 2014 Shelby GT500, the Need for Speed Mustang features a custom wide body kit, Forgiato 22-inch wheels, and a mesmerizing exhaust note courtesy of MagnaFlow Exhaust.
We’ll be on site throughout the weekend to bring you event photos of not only the Need for Speed Mustang, but Ford’s display of cars and all the interesting Mustangs being auctioned this coming weekend.
