The factory mass air sensor electrical harness houses six wires, two of which are used to send intake air temp info to the processor. Since the blower properly positions a new air-charge temp sensor downstream of the intercooler, just before the charge enters the cylinders, those two wires have to be cut from the mass air harness and extended with a new connector to reach and fit the revised ACT sensor location.
