Sometimes when we build a Mustang, we take it to a point where perhaps it doesn't make for a great street car. We take it beyond being able to just jump in it and go. It's loud, it smells like gas, it rides terrible, and our significant other is not a fan. Sometimes the only thing to do is go get another Mustang. This actually wasn't Jonathun Catapano's plan. This 2003 Cobra was supposed to be a flip, but letting go of a Terminator isn't easy. Jonathun has made the car better thanks to a JLT Performance cold air, a 2.8-inch pulley, 60-lb/hr injectors, a Bassani exhaust, and a Kurgan tune making 480 hp at the wheels. Further upgrades include a Brembo brakes, a Full Tilt Boogie Racing IRS kit, Maximum Motorsports coilovers, Koni adjustable shocks, a Ram clutch, a 26-spline input shaft, and a Stifflers Fit System. Exterior upgrades include HRE 547 wheels, an HID conversion, and a smattering of carbon fiber pieces. Now you understand why he still owns it.
