Return to the 1970 Shelby GT500 in the driveway
Before Roadkill brought you the Disgustang, there was the Racoon-Ravaged 1970 Shelby Mustang I documented back in 2012.
It had been sitting in a barn for an extended period of time, where a Raccoon had taken residence and trashed the interior. The owner, fearing the animal would do more damage, pulled the car out of the barn and brought it to the driveway at his house, where it sat for another few years.
After I documented the car as it sat in the driveway, the owner got motivated to finish the build and took the car to a shop to get worked on. So not all cars rust away to nothing! A few do get revived. The moss that once adorned the grille and body is now gone!
