Short-lived Ford stylist Larry Shinoda, father of the Corvette Sting Ray and the Boss 302, knew what he was doing when Ford boss Bunkie Knudsen put him on Mustang and gave him carte blanche. His approach was simple and clean, making the most of Ford's SportsRoof Mustang body.
