Fuel delivery flows through a cast C-460 Ford Motorsport single-plane intake. Fulton Competition supplied one of its trick multiple fogger nitrous oxide injection systems. The company is a top engine supplier of nitrous-oxide injected IHRA ProMods. Nitrous-oxide combinations rely on a feather-light recipe since they can't make the minimum 2,300 hp the supercharged and turbocharged combos make.

Don claims his new combo outputs much more than 1,500 hp. He says it's more than enough power to conquer any 10-inch tire field-if the traction gods could grant a 100-percent bite every pass-but that would take all the fun out of it.
