Bart Tobener, who now runs his own performance shop, installed the tough-as-nails Keith Craft 340 and Novi 2000, along with a custom fuel system that provides plenty of juice for more than 600 hp. James reports his best performance to date is a 10.92 at 129 on drag radials, and he describes the street-driving characteristics on modest 17-inch street rubber as "adventurous."

Inside are fully street-oriented interior sports leather front seats (sourced from a New Edge 'Stang) and matching rear fold down, a full complement of Auto Meter gauges, a six-point, chrome-moly rollcage by Richie Rosato, RCI harnesses, and what appears to be a full catalog's worth of UPR billet aluminum.
