Wait, there's more. Ben purchased Aaron's used F-2M blower, along with a cog-drive system. This has yet to be installed as we write, but Mike envisions no problems tuning it for perfect street manners with the FAST fuel-injection system that he used to make the F-1R so civilized (all conveniences, including A/C, are still functional-this is Georgia, after all). We can't tell you what the car runs in the quarter-mile because the strip is not high on Ben's priority list, but, as mentioned, Aaron's similar setup is good for mid-eights. We say this just in case you were thinking all '99 Cobras are easy pickings. Ben and Mike have compensated nicely for this one's factory shortcomings.
