2002 Mustang GT Was an Unfulfilled Father-Son Project
Mike Mulnix • Tarrs, PA • 2002 Mustang GT
Mike Mulnix from Tarrs, Pennsylvania, owns this 2002 Mustang GT that was intended to be a father and son project, but his father passed away the day he bought the car and he never had the chance to see it. Mulnix is 41, and this is his second Mustang; his first was a 1976 Cobra he drove in high school. The 2002 Mustang was even painted by him at a vocational night class he was taking while also working 60-hour weeks. Currently the car is rocking FR500 wheels, SVE louvers, a JLE programmer, and a SCT programmer. Other cosmetic modifications include headlight covers, a chin spoiler, Mach 1 grille delete, tinted tail lights and brake lights, and all new emblems. The driveline is stock for now, but LMR and AmericanMuscle have been Mulnix’s go-tos for his Mustang parts.
