James R. Gillis from Stuart, Florida, might just have the ultimate dream garage with three Shelby Mustangs all suited in white and blue. Look closely to the top left of the photo and you can see another matching blue and white GT40. The car on the left is a 2014 GT350 that was the last Coyote V-8 Mustang (No. 351) capable of 728 hp. According to Gillis it was planned since 2012, directly with Carroll, to develop the last Coyote Mustang made like an original 1965. A White V-8 six-speed was sent to Las Vegas and came back as a two-seater, roll bar high-performance GT350 with every option available from a NASCAR gas cap to a blower. The middle car is a snake in sheep’s clothing with 696 hp on the dyno done by Shelby. In 2007 the car was sent to Shelby for headers, a blower, Tremec transmission, and suspension—it’s capable of an 11-second quarter-mile, but appears pretty much stock. Last but certainly not least, on the right is a new GT350, mostly a track-optioned car. Gillis was in line early to receive it in early 2016.
