While many hardcore “V-8 or bust” enthusiasts look down on those with two fewer cylinders, Jeff Limmex, a truck driver out of Clyman, Wisconsin, has built up one beastly New Edge V-6 Mustang that can run with the best of them. Under the hood of this sixxer is a 4.3L stroker with forged rods and pistons, Nelson Customs ported heads, oversize valves, a custom grind cam, Fire ringed heads, 1/2-inch main and head studs, a custom long runner intake, an S476 Forced Inductions turbocharger, a Pro Comp C4 with reverse manual valve body and transbrake, and an N2MB Racing two-step. The rear houses an 8.8 with 9-inch ends, 35-spline axles, a spool, 5/8 studs, a Maximum Motorsports Panhard bar, Metco billet lower control arms, Team Z relocated uppers, Strange drag shocks, Team Z drag springs, a PA Racing k-member and A-arms, and Strange 10-way coilovers.
