Dave McMullen bought this Fox-body new in April 1993 in Florida. After he moved to Pennsylvania it was still his daily driver, even during the harsh winter. After welcoming his daughter to the world in 1998, McMullen was faced with a tough decision: Sell the Fox or come up with a way to justify putting a newborn in the back seat of a convertible? Fast-forward to May 2016 and McMullen is watching his daughter attend prom. Of all cars, she was dropped off in a 1994 5.0 ’vert, which brought tears to his eyes on many levels. Not only was she about to start her college path in the fall, but memories of his ’93 came flooding back. A week later he did an eBay search and struck Yellow Gold. There she was! It truly was his original Fox. The older gentlemen who owned it had garage-kept it and brought it out only on the nicest of days, only accumulating 4,088 more miles since McMullen had sold it (making it 60,000 miles on the odometer today). McMullen now plans to keep it as close to original as possible since it is one of only 113 slathered in yellow with a white top and interior complete with a manual transmission.
