The recent John Force 2005 Holiday Car Show benefited the California Highway Patrol "ChiP's for Kids" toy drive. Held at the home of John Force Racing in Yorba Linda, California, on December 11, 2005, the show was an overwhelming success. With over 750 cars in attendance and 10,709 toy donations, it is the most successful in event history.

When we walked up to this group of good-looking Mustangs, we knew we were going to like the show, which was open to all years and brands of iron.

Attended by more than 18,000 participants, the show featured an autograph session with John Force and his daughter, Ashley, who is the driver of the Castrol/Hot Wheels A-Fuel Dragster. Also at the autograph session were Eric Medlen, driver of the Castrol Syntec Ford, and Robert Hight, another great Team Castrol driver.

Highlights of the show include appearances by Chip Foose, famous automotive designer and a regular on the television show Overhaulin', and by automotive legend Carroll Shelby. "To have Carroll Shelby as a guest made the event an extra-special occasion," Force said.
