Every May, Shelby American’s Gardena, CA facility becomes engulfed in Shelbys and Fords of all types in tribute to the man himself, Carroll Shelby, and this year was no different. In case you haven’t heard of it, the Shelby Tribute is a place for owners of Shelby vehicles and more to gather at the building that served as Shelby’s distribution warehouse and is now home to the Carroll Shelby Foundation and also the workshop for the Original Venice Crew to build continuation 1966 G.T. 350s.

Carroll died on May 10, 2012, so the show is usually held around that date; this year it was on Saturday, May 19 and once again the parking lot was packed with cars, including the newly announced (on the Thursday before) continuation 1967 Super Snake Mustang and Series 2 custom supercar. The Friday night before the show was also a special Team Shelby Drive-In screening of the movie Bullitt, where participants could watch the movie at the facility from the comfort of their own vehicle, and admission was free.

So check out this gallery of all the cars that participated in the car show, and make plans to attend next year.
