Sadly, this year’s 2016 Rally North America has come to an end, and we just left the finish line in Oregon and started making the long haul home to the east coast in Courtney Barber’s 1965 Mustang. At this very moment, we are sitting in a hotel room in Nebraska after a 13-hour drive from Twin Falls, Idaho.

If you’ve been following our M360 and social media coverage, then you know that there were plenty of Mustangs in all makes and models that took on the five-day charity rally; this year being Camp Sunshine that started in Big Sky country from Billings, Montana where we maneuvered the breathtaking back roads of Idaho, Washington, and then finishing in Portland, Oregon.

Stops along the way included Yellowstone National Park and Glacier National Park, where we maneuvered narrow mountainside roads next to towering snowcapped mountains. Just when you thought that it couldn’t get any better, it did. One of our last stops included a trip to Portland International Raceway, where we were able to carve into some apexes with a few pace laps.
