When the hoods go up at Mustang Week the crowds gather ’round to check out what made that beautiful sound as the Mustang pulled into the show. A stout small-block with a turbo will turn just as many heads as a supercharged Coyote, that’s for sure. There’s no disparity or favoritism here, Mustang fans attending Mustang Week love it all. As long as it makes good noises that get their blood pumping it’s all good. We couldn’t agree more! From all out race combos with big turbos and nitrous to near stock engines with a metric ton of billet doo-dads, hydrographic painted trim, and contrasting wire sleeving, you’ll see it all at Mustang Week’s various events. We spotted many of these Mustangs proudly displaying their engines at the Tuesday Meet & Greet and at Wednesday’s BFGoodrich Track Day. See the photo gallery for some inspiration for your Mustang’s engine bay.
