Day four started off in the party town of Austin, Texas, and we got off to a bit of a late start due to an amazing authentic Mexican restaurant the night before. Tequila! We hit the road heading for Trader's Village in Grand Prairie, TX. In true Team Mustang Girls style, I immediately got distracted by the amazing scenery all around us—squirrel! Does anyone else see a giant corn field and have the urge to drive through it, Dukes of Hazard style? After testing the ground we vetoed that idea but had to stop for a Field of Dreams photo shoot with the car.

As we continued on, the sun and heat were upon us with a vengeance and we had to get creative to stay cool. Until yesterday I had no idea how much force was behind a fire hydrant...now I know, and knowing is half the battle! Luckily Project Road Warrior is rocking out in the heat. This is the first time in years I've been able to say that, thank you Old Air Products! A proper fan and shroud has changed history in my world. I couldn't bring myself to roll up the windows but we did have the air conditioning on as a nice little breeze to break the heat.

We arrived at the show and got our Long Hauler passes stamped, and I still can't believe we are on day four. Can we hit restart please! The show was filled with a new crop of amazing cars and we did our best to capture them all for you, including a gorgeous Honey Gold 1965 fastback. Be sure to check out the live feed from the show to see Paul and his phenomenal car that he drives like a car should be driven!

Today we roll out to Remington Park in Oklahoma City were my pony will be right at home. Stay tuned in for some live updates from the show!
