California Mustang, the international supplier of parts and accessories for 1965-1973 Mustangs, just held its third Mustang Meet-Up at the company’s City of Industry, California headquarters, and it was a rockin’ good time. The company was started way back in the dark days of Mustang performance, in 1976, so 2016 is Cal Mustang’s 40th Anniversary, and the Mustang Meet-Up was part of the celebration.

As Cal Mustang’s David Becerra said, “Our meets seem to be growing in numbers all the time.” That appears to be right—this latest show had 200 Mustangs from 1965s to 2016s, representing the different generations of parts that California Mustang (and it’s sister company, California Muscle Parts for 1999-later Mustangs) provides. Vendors at the show included ACP, TMI, Hellwig Suspension, and Carbon Driven. Those participants also represented several local Mustang clubs, including Classic Stangs, Stang-Ops, Running Wild Car Club, Malicious Stangz, and Rebel Stangs Club, and Pony Republic, and California Mustang gave out 55 prizes for the event.

Mustang Meet-Ups four and five will happen later this year, in August and November, but we don’t have firm dates as of yet, so keep watching the company’s website, Cal-Mustang.com for more information.
